No doctor-patient relationship is created by your use of this website or by your placing a reservation. Treatment is provided by our licensed medical team only after a clinical intake confirms that hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is appropriate for your condition.
We operate a hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic at 2950 Northup Way, STE 204, Bellevue, WA 98004, opening September 2026. Reservations placed on this website are for future treatment sessions; actual treatment begins after the clinic opens and after a clinical intake.
During the pre-opening period you may either pay a $99 refundable deposit toward a session package or pre-pay the full package for an additional 10% discount. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The amount displayed before you submit is the amount we charge — there are no hidden fees. We may decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion; if we do, we will refund any amount paid.
Our full refund and cancellation policy is set out in our FAQ. In summary, your payment is fully refundable if HBOT is contraindicated for you, if our physicians determine HBOT will not help your condition, or if you choose to cancel before treatment begins. Unused sessions can also be transferred to family or friends.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR SERVICES PRESENTED ON IT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this website or any reservation made through it shall not exceed the greater of $500 or the amount you actually paid in connection with the reservation giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HyperM PLLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any damages, liabilities, costs, charges, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that we may incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or any claims relating to information you submit or actions you take on this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to a reservation will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
You and HyperM PLLC each agree that any proceeding to resolve a dispute will be conducted only on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or any other proceeding in which any party acts in a representative capacity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and HyperM PLLC each waive any right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.
We will have no liability for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, labor disruptions, utility or facility failures, or government action.
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of this website will confirm your acceptance of the updated Terms.
